Kribhco Infrastructure Limited (KRIL), wholly owned subsidiary of KRIBHCO invites expression of interest for its rail linked Inland Container Depot(ICD) / Private Freight Terminal(PFT) at Hindaun City , adjoining Hindaun City Railway Station spread over an area of about 150 Acres.

Interested parties may submit Expression of Interest for any or all of the following :

  • Strategic Investment for operation & maintenance of ICD/PFT /warehousing including subsequently conversion to FTWZ subject to Techno-commercial considerations.
  • Operation & Maintenance of ICD/PFT on Long Term Lease/Revenue Sharing basis.
  • Setting up any industry on part of the land to utilize the existing infrastructure facilities.

Expression of Interest - ICD/PFT at Hindaun City

1.0 Preamble

KR1BHCO INFRASTRUTURE LIMITED (KRIL) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. KRIL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), a premier Multi-state Cooperative Society and one of the leading Fertilizer Company in India. KRIL has License to operate Container Trains in Category-I route (i.e. entire Rail network in relation to both EXIM and Domestic Traffic. KRlL commenced operations in December 2009. KRIL has set up Inland Container Depots/Private Freight Terminals at Hazira, Rewari, Modinagar and Hindaun City.

2.0 ICD/PFT at Hindaun City

KRIL had procured about 150 acres of land through ( Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO ) at Hindaun City for development of Free Trade Warehousing Zone ( FTWZ) in September 2011 on 99 years lease.

The facility is equipped with rail siding which takes off from Hindaun City Railway Station. Site is located about 37 Kms from NH11.

Hindaun City is located in east Rajasthan adjoining MP border and falls under Kota Division. Hindaun City is located in the sandstone and Agriculture belt of Rajasthan Hindaun City ICD/PFT is suited to cater Bharatpur, Alwar, Sir Mathura, Dholpur, Morena & Gwalior.

  • Hindaun City : Key commodities are sand stone, agriculture
  • Bhartpur : Located at a distance of approximately 75 KMs, is one of the Largest Mustard producing district in India. Key industries include Edible Oil
  • Alwar : Located on North of Hindaun ( approx. 150 Kms). Key Commodities include De-oiled Cake ( DOC), Honey
  • Ganagapur City: Located at a distance of 50 Kms. Key commodity is Agriculture
  • Morena & Gwalior : Located at a distance of 140 Kms .Key commodities are Edible Oil, Tyres, Stone
  • Sarmathura : Located at a distance of 65 Kms .Key commodity is Sand Stone
  • Morena & Gwalior : Located at the southwest of Hindaun city at a distance of 140 Kms. Key industries : Edible Oil, Tyres, stone.

2.0 Infrastructure Facilities

780m in Length and 15.8m wide handling area surfaced with M-50 Paver Block

2.3 Custom Bonded Warehouse

1029 Sq.m (49m x 21m ) warehouse with equally divided Import Export Area. 15m wide Heavy duty RCC peripheral roads. Surrounded by 13500 Sqm Paved area for Handling. Bonded Area is fenced on all sides by 2.7m high Chain link fencing.

2.4 Administrative Building

  • Ground Floor : Two office rooms of 320 Sqft., along with store, compressor room & facilities.
  • First Floor : Open office space of 1300 sqft along with pantry and facilities.
  • Second Floor : Open office space of 1300 sqft along with pantry and facilities.

2.4 Guest House

  • Ground Floor : Electric Sub Station (1800 SQFT) & Common Facilities.
  • First Floor : 2300 SQFT.
  • Second Floor : 2300 SQFT.

2.6 Boundary Wall

9 feet high boundary wall with concertina wire fencing

2.7 Internal roads

Heavy duty & wide RCC roads provide smooth circulating medium across the terminal.

  • 1.8 km RCC road connecting First Entry to Second Entry of terminal.
  • Connecting Road 1(Admin Building)- 195m x 3.75m wide.
  • Connecting Road 2 (Handling Platform)- 193m x 7.5m wide.
  • Connecting Road 3(handling platform)- 255m x 7.5m wide.
  • Connecting Road 4( handling platform)- 620m x 7.5m wide.

2.8 Other Facilities include, TXR Examination Facilities Road Weigh bridge etc

3.0 Status of Terminal

  • Domestic Container Terminal - Domestic Container Terminal was made operational in March 2015. Container train operations commenced from February 2016.
  • Private Freight Terminal (PFT) - Hindaun City was notified as Private Freight Terminal in March 2015.
  • Inland Container Depot for exim traffic - Section 8 has been received on April 2016. Section 45 is expected to be received shortly.

4.0 Expression of Interest

Kribhco Infrastructure Limited ( KRIL), invites expression of interest for its rail linked Inland Container Depot(ICD) / Private Freight Terminal(PFT) at Hindaun City, adjoining Hindaun City Railway Station spread over an area of about 150 Acres.

  • Setting up any industry on part of the land within this facility to utilize the existing infrastructure facilities.

4.1 Strategic Investment for O&M of ICD/PFT/FTWZ

KRIL will incorporate separate company for Hindaun City Terminal under Joint Venture. Valuation of assets & Business Valuation will be carried out through reputed consultant

Detailed proposal to include but not limited to the following:

  • Profile of investor
  • Annual Report and Balance sheet for last three years
  • Articles and Memorandum of Association
  • Strength of the Strategic partner in bringing business Proposal to describe business / month which Strategic Partner can bring in some/all of the following streams:
    • Exim Container Train Business
    • Operation & Management of ICD
    • Domestic Container Train Business
    • Warehousing Business
    • Private Freight Trains Business
    • Business for FTWZ
  • Quantum of Equity Participation Proposed
  • Any other infrastructure facilities required to be developed in future based on techno-commercial considerations.

4.2 Operation & Maintenance of ICD/Rail Terminal/PFT on Long Term Lease/Revenue Sharing basis.

Interested Parties may submit proposal for one or more of the activities based on their strength. Detailed proposal to include but not limited to the following:

  • Profile of investor
  • Annual Report and Balance sheet for last three years
  • Articles and Memorandum of Association
  • Detailed Proposal about activities proposed to be carried out with business expected.
